We're Social!
We exist for young people in the Greater Albany Region of Western Australia, and run Friday night events in Albany all year round. IGNITE for youth and young adults, is a place where miracles, healings, salvations, and discipleship take place. Where the love of God is known, and made known. For this reason, we are committed to providing a safe and fun community orientated environment, that is drug and alcohol free for all young people to come along. A safe place where young people can meet God, grow in faith, and make purposeful and lasting friendships with others, who will challenge and inspire them to make a positive difference to those around them. Our program usually runs from 6.30pm until 8.30pm, for teens aged 12-15yrs, and young adults 16yrs+.

PARENTS FAQ
When does IGNITE run?
Every Friday night (unless advised otherwise) beginning at 6.30pm and finishing at 8:30pm.
How do I know my young person is safe at IGNITE?
IGNITE is a drug and alcohol free program, and the volunteers actively enforce this. Each leader at IGNITE is dedicated to the safety of everyone that attends our programs.
What about the volunteers?
IGNITE has a team of volunteers who all have Working with Children checks. All our volunteers are members of Harvest IOC.
How much is the night, and are food and drinks available?
Normal IGNITE nights are FREE. Major Events/Camps/Conference may have varying costs that you will be notified of well in advance. Supper is provided FREE!
What happens if my child is disruptive, causes damage to property, or harms another young person at an IGNITE event?
We welcome Youth and Young Adults to IGNITE and we make every effort to create an environment where people from a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances feel welcome. However, if someone continuously makes it difficult for others to enjoy the night, their parents will be called to come and collect them prior to the end of the night. If damage to property occurs, it may warrant financial liability on behalf of the young person who was responsible. If another person is harmed, parents will be notified and steps will be taken to resolve the situation through mediation.
Where is IGNITE located?
IGNITE is based at The Harvest Centre, 20 Lockyer Ave Albany, Western Australia. We are currently located directly opposite HJ's in the Albany Town Centre.
