They made me so mad !! I can't stand such hypocrisy... the specs we see are reflections of the PLANKS we carry. Read on to find out more... on how to be free from this agitation..

Why do you stare from without at the very small particle that is in your brother's eye but do not become aware of and consider the beam of timber that is in your own eye? [4] Or how can you say to your brother, Let me get the tiny particle out of your eye, when there is the beam of timber in your own eye? [5] You hypocrite, first get the beam of timber out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the tiny particle out of your brother's eye.

Do not give that which is holy (the sacred thing) to the dogs, and do not throw your pearls before hogs, lest they trample upon them with their feet and turn and tear you in pieces.
Three signs you may have a huge plank.
1 . You are triggered by something you don’t like in another person ..
Jesus said the plank is blinding… when you’re blind you don’t see.. you are overly focused on someone’s spec..
2. You are very genuine in wanting to remove the spec out of the others eye… and you especially do not recognise the same issue in yourself.
Your concern to fix the person is genuine.. their problems become yours.. you go to prayer, you offer scripture, you send them you tube video clips… in some ways it helps ease your own conscience if you could just remove their spec you’ll not be so confronted and agitated by it..
3 . You give your heart, precious revelations, and inner thoughts to people who do not have your best interest and in turn are trampled..
A lack of self awareness opens the door to all kinds of usury.. you won’t see clear enough for those who are genuine..
Jesus pointed out that what you see in others is but a spec compared to your plank..
Jesus did not say that you couldn’t help remove the spec…
Jesus did say you’ll fail at removing the spec from your friends life without dealing with the plank first..
Jesus did say you won’t be effective in removing anyone’s spec because your plank is blinding you..
Removing the plank will help you see clearly.
Those who hold onto their planks cannot see clearly
Therefore when you view and make judgments about something … what happens ???
The same issue is measured back to you… it’s astounding how quickly you can fall into this same issue if the plank is not addressed..
You’re not seeing the full clear picture. So be careful not to make assumptions.
Could you be making the wrong assumptions??

There is definitely a spec.. no denying … we can all see the spec… specs are seen by all.. but what part of the spec do you see that you so desperately need to wipe it out ??
The spec you see may not bother your neighbour.. the spec you see only bothers you !!!

Ways to remove the plank..
1 . Recognise the spec is speaking to you..
In John 15… Jesus is the Vine and the Father is the Vine Dresser .. the Father is the vine dresser, and will supply the most appropriate people around you to bring the best fruit forward.. a vine dressers job description according to wiki
Vinedressers are agricultural specialists who oversee the propagation, planting, pruning and tending of grape vines in a vineyard. Their goal is to optimize the quality and abundance of grapes used in wine and food products.
Optimisation comes from paying attention to removing the plank.. Father will tend to you.. but it’s up to you to yield and allow Him to reveal the plank you are responsible for removing.
The specs you see are the very planks that need to be addressed in your own heart…
You hate gossip great.. that’s a start.. you see the gossip spec in others you go immediately to pull that spec out because it annoys you… so much so your agitated until that spec is dealt with… pay attention.. the other day you felt as free as a bird to talk about someone, their issues and so forth without them being there… when ever a person starts talking about another person you draw closer to listen and enter into the conversation.. the only way Father can get your attention is to magnify the spec so that you begin to deal with the plank..
Start to cut off that gossip in your own heart.. refuse to talk about others.. be ruthless … why don’t you just talk about yourself instead.. I find gossipers are highly opinionated.. another spec that can be seen yet so hard to recognise as a plank..
2 . Cry out for mercy and forgiveness…
God gives grace to the humble but resists the proud… a proud person refuses to acknowledge the plank..
3. Book your self into theatre room.. surgery is about to take place. get ready for deliverance ..have you ever extracted an imbedded splinter ??
Repentance is a result of Father revealing the plank.. His goodness leads man to repentance… Romans 2:4 NKJV Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
How is the plank good ?? It’s not, however the offer of freedom from it is.. and it comes though the conviction and correction of the Holy Spirit..
4 . Confess your sin and receive forgiveness and healing..
1 John 1:9 NKJV
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
James 5:16 NKJV
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
5 . Pray the Lord open your eyes to see clearly.
Acts 26:18 NKJV
to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'
Your healing my be instant or progressive depending on how long and what plank was intrenched, don’t give up.. the signs you have been healed of the plank will include the ability to effectively minister to the same specs in others.. you won’t be triggered like you were and you you’ll be able to see clearly..
